Of late, property sector has been in the limelight because property prices keep rising and that does not stop any one from buying new property at new launches. Since property is something which the whole town is talking about. Now, let me share with you what are the things that you may want to watch for before buying a property. Construction site.
Having a construction site around your property may somehow affect you. And this depend on how close the construction site is and where it is located. Putting Fengshui aside, you may find that noise generated from such site may affect your daily life as well. Apart from that, you may find alot of dusts around you which requires you to do more cleaning than usual.
So if you are planning to buy a property which is close to construction site, you may want to take note on the above-mentioned issues before you sign the Option to purchase.
