This is Qi Men Dun Jia chart which I used to predict a new property launch. At this point of writing, the new property launch has yet to annouce their selling price. From the chart above, I deduce the median selling price will be S$850psf.

Based on the unfavorable geng ge (庚格) at southeast that is the context palace based on this chart, selling price may not be well received.

At this point of writing, the property are well-received. In fact, the response to this VVIP preview on this new project isover-whelming!The selling price range is from S$840 onwards for smaller units, the price is closed to my prediction. However, I am still waiting for their Median price.
