Is your Chinese name (Character) match to your Zodiac animal?

Didn't know that Name analysis (姓名学 Xing Ming Xue) is such an interesting subject. My friend was sharing with me that a good Chinese name must match to right Zodiac animals!

For example, if a male person who is born in the year of Rat or Monkey or even Rooster, it will be alright to have the Character 龙 Long (Dragon) in his Chinese name. But if he is born in the year of Dog and his Chinese name consists of 龙 Long (Dragon), it may not too good for him as Dragon and Dog forms 6 clashes ( 六冲 Liu Chong).

In this instance, the best Chinese character for a person who is born in the year of Dog will be a Chinese character consists of Human stroke (人字边 Ren Zi Bian) ! The reason is because dog is loyal and faithful to human! Sounds interesting, isn't it?

In another example, he illustrated that Chinese Character such as 王 Wang, 皇 Huang, 君 Jun represent KING, and it can be used only if a person who is born in the year of Rat and Tiger. Of course there is a reason for that, Rat being the first animal in the 12 Zodiac animals and Tiger being the strongest animal in the wild! And that is the reason that only these 2 Zodiac animals can use any of those Chinese Characters.

My friend also showed me few more examples on Name Analysis. To read more on these interesting name analysis examples, do stay tuned in my blog. I will post them up in my next posting or so. Wishing you have a great weekend!
