Hot, hot, hot.....

The weather here is getting hotter! Is going to be 35 Deg C for the next couples of weeks or so...How I wish I can be in some cold places now, maybe China or Japan where the weather is cooler.

Talking about the hot weather, I wonder we should do something to help to save our earth and to manage the mercury level before it becomes out of control!

So here are some suggestions that may help to save our earth:

- Recycle items such as newspaper, place these recyclable items into recycle bins.
- Items that can be reused, continue to use them as this will help to save energy to produce them.
- Switch off electricity when not in use. Off the main switch instead of having your electrical appliances in standby mode.
- Remember to switch off the lighting when not in use.
- Switch on fans instead of air-conditioner, as fan uses lesser electricity. (I know this is most difficult task!)
- Go paperless, use lesser paper means lesser trees are cut down.

And here are some suggestions that may help to improve your house air quality and lower the temperature:

- Have more plants at home.
- Open up all your windows, a well-ventilated house can help to bring down temperature.
- Use lightings that generate lesser heat.

Apart from those listed items here, there are many more ways that can help to save our earth. So let's do our part now before it is too late!
